Study of MiRNA in autoimmune thyroid diseases

摘要

Objective: Recent studies have found that microRNA (miRNA) is a potential novel biomarker, and its abnormal expression is associated with autoimmune thyroid diseases, such as hashimoto's thyroiditis and diffuse toxic goitre. This paper reviews the biological origin of miRNA and the mechanism of miRNAs in autoimmune thyroid diseases.
