Detection of PLA2R and Nephrin in serum and kidness tissue of patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy and their correlation with the illness

         

摘要

Objective:To study the PLA2R and Nephrin levels in serum and kidney tissue of patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy and their correlation with the illness.Methods:Patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy (IMN), patients with secondary membranous nephropathy (SMN) and healthy subjects were selected and enrolled in IMN group, SMN group and control group respectively, serum was collected from three groups to determine PLA2R and Nephrin levels and renal function indexes, kidney tissue was collected from patients with IMN patients to determine PLA2R and Nephrin levels, and urine was collected from patient with IMN to determine C5b-9 and PCX levels.Results: Serum PLA2R level of IMN group was significantly higher than that of SMN group and control group while Nephrin level was significantly lower than that of SMN group and control group, and serum PLA2R level of SMN group was significantly higher than that of control group while Nephrin level was significantly lower than that of control group; the staining intensity and level of PLA2R in kidney tissue of IMN group were higher than those of SMN group while the staining intensity and level of Nephrin were lower than those of SMN group; BUN and CREA levels in serum as well as C5b-9 and PCX levels in urine of IMN patients with positive PLA2R were significantly higher than those of patients with negative PLA2R, and serum ALB level was significantly lower than that of patients with negative PLA2R; BUN and CREA levels in serum as well as C5b-9 and PCX levels in urine of IMN patients with positive Nephrin were significantly lower than those of patients with negative Nephrin, and serum ALB level was significantly higher than that of patients with negative Nephrin.Conclusion: PLA2R levels increase and Nephrin levels decrease in serum and kidney tissue of patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy, and the changes of PLA2R and Nephrin levels are associated with renal function damage and podocyte damage.
