Objective:To study the molecular mechanisms for Haikunshenxi capsule combined with conventional western medicine to improve renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods: A total of 146 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital between May 2013 and December 2015 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups, 73 in each group. The observation group of patients received Haikunshenxi capsule combined with conventional western medicine treatment, and the control group of patients received routine western medicine treatment. 4 weeks after treatment, the renal biochemical indexes, renal fibrosis indexes and oxidative stress indexes in blood and urine were determined.Results:4 weeks after treatment, serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), cystatin C (CysC), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), connective tissue growth factor (CTGF), fibronectin (FN), laminin (LN) and type IV collagen (IV-Col) content in blood of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05), and 24 h urine protein, urine albumin/creatinine ratio (UACR) level as well as alkaline phosphatase (ALP),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT), malondialdehyde (MDA) and 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) content in urine of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05) while superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) content in urine were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:Haikunshenxi capsule combined with conventional western medicine can improve renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy through the molecular mechanisms of inhibiting renal fibrosis and reducing oxidative stress.
机译:目的:研究海昆参西胶囊联合传统西药改善糖尿病肾病患者肾功能的分子机制。方法:选择2013年5月至2015年12月在我院治疗的146例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组73例。观察组患者给予海坤参xi胶囊联合常规西药治疗,对照组患者接受常规西药治疗。治疗4周后,测定血液和尿液中的肾脏生化指标,肾纤维化指标和氧化应激指标。结果:治疗4周后,测定血清肌酐(Scr),血尿素氮(BUN),胱抑素C(CysC),观察组血液中转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1),结缔组织生长因子(CTGF),纤连蛋白(FN),层粘连蛋白(LN)和IV型胶原(IV-Col)的含量均明显低于对照组。组(P <0.05),以及24小时尿蛋白,尿白蛋白/肌酐比(UACR)水平以及碱性磷酸酶(ALP),γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT),丙二醛(MDA)和8-hydroxy-2'观察组尿液中的-脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)含量明显低于对照组(P <0.05),尿液中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量明显高于对照组。组(P <0.05)。结论:海昆参西胶囊联合常规w乙炔药可通过抑制肾纤维化和减少氧化应激的分子机制改善糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能。
