摘要

Objective:To investigate the changes and significances of plasma hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and nitric oxide (NO) concentration in patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) before and after treatment. Methods:A total of 26 hospitalized patients with APL in initial treatment were randomly selected as the case group and 26 healthy persons were regarded as control group. The concentrations of H2S and NO in plasma of case group and control group were determined, The acute stage and clinical remission of case group were respectively compared with control group which had no statistical difference. Results:The concentrations of H2S and NO in plasma in acute stage patients were significantly increased, which had statistical significance compared with clinical remission stage and control group. The concentrations of H2S and NO in the plasma of patients in clinical remission after treatment were decreased, close to the healthy control group and the difference had no statistical significance. The change trend of H2S concentration was consistent with NO concentration in plasma of case group before and after treatment and there was positive correlation between them. Conclusions:Endogenous H2S and NO may be involved in the pathophysiological process of APL, and the change trend is consistent and there was positive correlation between them.
