一种基于ARM的嵌入式数控系统

             

摘要

In order to make CNC system more convenient to extend various interface and more versatile,a design of embedded CNC system based on ARM is presented.The main control panel is composed of ARM and its peripheral.The peripheral circuit is composed of the motion chip MCX314AL and its optical coupling isolation circuit.The processor S3C2440 is the core of CNC system,it is responsible for sending control command to the motion chip MCX314AL.The control pulse of electromotor is produced by the motion chip MCX314AL.The output pulse through differential driver can control several digital AC servo drivers and stepper motor drivers.The experiment result shows that the control of deceleration,interpolation and other actions of the motor can be realized,the motion state of each motor also can be real-time reflected,the system is high versatile and flexible.%为了让数控系统方便扩展各种接口,具有更好的通用性,提出一种基于ARM的嵌入式数控系统.ARM及其外围接口组成主控电路,运动控制芯片MCX314AL及其光耦隔离电路组成外围电路;嵌入式微处理器S3C2440是数控系统的控制核心,负责向运动控制芯片MCX314 AL发送控制命令;控制电机的脉冲由运动控制芯片MCX314AL产生,经过差分驱动输出,可以同时控制多个交流伺服驱动器和步进电机驱动器.实验结果表明,可以实现对电机的加减速、插补等各种运动控制并能实时反映各个电机的运动状态.可见,该系统具有较高的通用性和便捷性.
