补肾健脾降浊方合穴位按压治疗慢性肾功能衰竭对照观察

摘要

[目的]观察补肾健脾降浊方合穴位按压治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效.[方法]将63例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为2组,对照组31例给予西医常规对症治疗,包括给予优质低蛋白,低磷、低盐饮食,降低血压,纠正水、电解质紊乱,纠正酸中毒,改善贫血,保护肾功能等;治疗组32例在西医常规对症治疗的基础上,给予补肾健脾降浊方水煎口服,并配合穴位按压疗法.2组均以4周为1个疗程,共2个疗程.观察2组治疗前后临床症状积分的变化以判定疗效,以及肾功能和血液生化指标的变化情况.[结果](1)治疗组总有效率为90.63％,对照组为77.42％,治疗组疗效有好于对照组的趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).(2)治疗后2组患者的血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血浆白蛋白(Alb)水平较治疗前有显著好转,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05);而内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)水平治疗前后2组均变化不明显(P＞0.05).[结论]补肾健脾降浊方合穴位按压治疗可延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的进展,值得进一步研究.%Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Jianpi Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with acupoint pressing for the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 63 chronic renal failure patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group (N=31) was given routine western medical symptomatic treatment including high quality low-protein,low-phosphorus and low-salt diet,decreasing blood pressure,correcting water and electrolyte disturbances,correcting acidosis,improving anemia,and protecting renal function.The treatment group (N=32) was given Bushen Jianpi Jiangzhuo Decoction orally combined with acupoint pressing based on the treatment for the control group.Four weeks constituted one treatment course,and the treatment lasted 2 courses.Clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by the changes of clinical symptoms scores,and the changes of renal function and blood biochemical indexes were also monitored before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 90.63％ in the treatment group and was 77.42％ in the control group,the difference being insignificant (P＞0.05).Serum creatinine (Scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),hemoglobin (Hb) and plasma albumin (Alb) levels were improved in both groups after treatment(P＜ 0.05),and the differences were significant between the two groups after treatment (P＜0.05) However,creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) of the two groups showed no significant change (P＞0.05) before and after treatment.Conclusion Bushen Jianpi Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with acupoint pressing is effective on delaying the progress of chronic renal failure.
