It is rational for shadow price and DEA method to be combined together no matter defined in which ways. In par-ticular, there is an equivalence between DEA effectiveness and Pareto effectiveness in the production realm and the shadow price which calculate%不论出于何种定义方式，影子价格与DEA方法都具有结合的合理性，特别是，DEA有效性与生产领域帕累托有效性之间存在等价性。利用DEA方法估计出的影子价格对于优化资源配置具有重要指导意义。另外，在提升资源整体配置效率前提下，可采用DEA模型估计行业影子价格。
