腐败与情妇--反腐倡廉的焦点问题*

摘要

我国政府在近些年取得了不小的反腐败成绩，但是反腐败形势仍旧不容乐观。“色贿暠是崭新而且蔓延迅速的一个腐败现象。腐败与情妇的关系问题已经成为目前国际和国内社会广泛关注的一个焦点。色情腐败迅速蔓延的原因复杂，有官员素质的原因，又有行贿者情妇的原因，更主要是制度缺失的原因。应尽快制定遏制色情腐败的相关法律法规，以制度反腐。%Despite the Chinese government have made a lot of anti-corruption achievements in re-cent years,however,the anti-corruption situation is still hardly optimistic.Sex bribe is one kind of corruption,which is new and rapidly spreading.Therefore,the relationship between corruption and mistress has become the current international and domestic social concerns of a broader focus.There are many reasons accounting for the rapid spreading of sex corruptions,lying in Chinese officials'quali-ty ,the mistress themselves but mainly institutional deficiency.We should establish laws and regula-tions about fighting obscene corruption as soon as possible,taking anti-corruption according system as the main clues.
