广西肝癌高发区人群外周血AFP-mRNA检测的初步研究

摘要

目的:探讨广西肝癌高发区人群中进行外周血AFP-mRNA检测的价值.方法:应用巢式RT-PCR 检测117例当地人员外周血AFP-mRNA.HBsAg阴性者30例,HBsAg阳性及ALT 正常者35例,HBsAg阳性及ALT 异常者29 例,HBsAg阳性及AFP异常者23例.结果:117例的外周血AFP-mRNA检测结果均为阴性.结论:利用巢式RT-PCR方法检测广西肝癌高发区人群外周血AFP-mRNA未能发现早期肝癌患者.%Objective: To explore the value of AFP-mRNA detection in peripheral venous blood in the population from a hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) high incidence area in Guangxi. Methods:Peripheral venous blood samples were collected from 117 native volunteers, 30 with negetive HBsAg, 35 with positive HB-sAg and normal ALT, 29 -with positive HBsAg and abnormal ALT and 23 -with positive HBsAg and abnormal AFP elevated. The nested reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction -was performed to detect AFP-mRNA expression in the peripheral blood sample. Results: AFP-mRNA expression was negetive in all of the 117 volunteers. Conclusion: AFP-mRNA expression in peripheral venous blood in the population from a hepatocellular carcinoma high incidence area could not be used as a marker to detect early patient with HCC.
