In this paper ,preventive measures against common diseases of college students are offered ,and the significance of health educa-tion in colleges and universities should be stressed .Through the popularization of health care knowledge ,college students can be promoted to adopt healthy behavior and guided in a correct way of life ,so as to improve their physical and mental health .%文章结合大学生门诊常见疾病的预防措施，强调在高校中开展健康教育的意义，通过普及卫生保健知识，促进大学生自愿地采用健康行为，指导自己正确的生活方式，从而提高大学生身心健康水平。
