纺丝工艺对静电纺P(MA-AA)纤维形貌及直径的影响

         

摘要

为了研究静电纺丝工艺对丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸共聚物纤维形貌和直径的影响,以DMF为溶剂,并配制质量分数为28%的P (MA-AA )纺丝液,调节纺丝电压、纺丝速率和接受距离分别制备纳米纤维,并借助扫描电镜(SEM )观察制备的纳米纤维形貌。结果表明:在选定的纺丝工艺参数中,纺丝电压对纤维的形貌和直径影响较大,而纺丝速率和接受距离对纤维的形貌和直径影响相对较小;在纺丝电压为17kV,纺丝速率为0.2~0.3mL/h,接受距离为15cm时,纺丝较为理想。%In order to study the effect of electrospinning parameters on morphology and diameter of methyl acrylate -acrylic acid copolymer fibers ,we take DMF as solvent and prepare P(MA-AA) nanofibers by altering the electrospinning voltage ,speed and tip-to-collector distance with the total concentration 28% .The surface morphology of nanofibers is observed with scan electric microscope (SEM ) .The re-sults show that :the fiber morphology and diameter are affected more clearly by electrospinning voltage ,while the speed and tip-to-col-lector distance have comparatively little impact on the electrospinning process parameters selected ;The process parameters are better when electrospinning voltage is at 17 kV ,speed at 0 .2-0 .3 mL/h and distance at 15 cm .
