基于PCS7的锅炉控制系统设计与实现

         

摘要

针对我国中小企业现有的锅炉控制系统,存在技术含量低、耗能大、超标排放等问题,以高级多功能过程控制实验平台SMPT-1000中的自然循环锅炉为研究对象,设计了基于PCS7的锅炉控制系统,实现对锅炉的优化控制.通过对系统的控制需求、对象特性和工艺流程等分析,确定了锅炉的整体控制方案;借助PROFIBUS总线构建现场设备通讯系统;用连续功能图CFC和顺序功能图SFC进行程序设计,最后通过对PID整定,实现了对锅炉系统的液位、压力、温度和流量等参数的控制.实验结果表明,控制系统的安全性、稳定性较好,具有一定的参考借鉴价值.%Aiming at the existing problems such as low technology,large energy consumption and excessive emission in boiler control system of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country,this paper takes the natural circulation boiler as the research object based on the ad-vanced multi-function process control training system (SMPT-1000),and realizes the control optimization based on the PCS7 boiler con-trol system.The total control scheme of the boiler is determined by analyzing the control requirements,object properties,and technological processes of system.The field device network communications system is built by PROFIBUS transmission technology,and the program is de-signed with continuous functional diagram CFC and sequential function chart SFC,realizing the boiler liquid level,pressure,temperature and flow rate,and other parameters of boiler control system through the PID setting.Experiment results show that the control system has good security,stability.It can be a reference to other likewise systems.
