随着我国公路建设的飞速发展，公路工程造价受到了越来越多的社会关注，各级交通运输主管部门也意识到造价管理的重要性。文中揭示了公路工程造价“三超”现象依然普遍存在、项目实施中造价监管失控等问题，进而梳理我国公路工程造价管理上存在体制、法规和技术等问题，为未来公路工程造价管理改革提供方向。希望通过本文的研究能够解决目前公路工程造价管理存在的问题，为交通运输可持续发展提供决策依据。%With the rapid development of China's highway construction, highway project cost has attracted an increasing number of social concern, and transportation departments authorities at all levels are also aware of the importance of cost management. Disclosed herein is a highway project cost "three excesses" remains pervasive, the implementation of the project in the cost of regulatory control and other issues, and then comb the existence of institutional, regulatory and technical issues in the highway project cost management for future highway project cost management reform provide direction. This study is expected to help solve the problems of the highway project cost management, and to provide reference for decision making for the sustainable development of transport.
