高职院校会展创新技能人才的供需匹配培养模式探究--以广州城建职业学院为例

摘要

会展人才培养与市场需求脱节一直是困扰高职院校会展教育的一个问题，这个问题关系到会展专业的办学定位和人才培养模式。文中试图从实际教学中发现问题和解决问题，探究符合现有教学条件的会展创新技能人才的培养模式，从而缓解会展企业奇缺专业会展人才和高职院校培养的会展专业学生就业难、对口就业率低之间的矛盾。%There exists the problem of separation from market demands for Exhibition Programs at higher vocational colleges, which would affect the program’s education position and the teaching mode. This article attempts to find and solve the teaching problems to explore the training mode of exhibition innovative technical talents in line with the current teaching condition, aiming to alleviate the contradiction between shortage of scarce MICE talents in enter-prises and graduates’employment difficulty.
