以千岛湖国家森林公园为研究对象，指出了为适应经济社会快速发展新形势和内部转型升级的要求，应坚持以森林旅游为先导，树立“千岛湖”品牌，挖掘森林游憩资源，创新旅游发展体系，进行规划修编，探讨了完善森林公园休闲旅游发展布局、改善森林旅游基础设施条件、发展休闲旅游、开展科普教育等发展策略。%Tourist industry turns into popular period, and forest tourism is the bonding point and best carrier for sustainable utilization and protection natural resource. Take Thousand--isle Lake national forest park for example, in order to adapt the new situation of the rapid economic and social expansion and the request of interior transformation and promotion, the park should take some measures to establish Thousand--isle Lake brand, excavate forest recreation resources and innovate tourism development system. Besides, the park also should prefect the development distribution of forest park leisure tourism, and develop leisure tourism as the supplement of Thousand--isle Lake sightseeing tourism. As for other measures, the park can strive for policy support to improve forest tourism infrastructure,, and carry out science popularization education to construct forest tourism ecological culture, etc.
