城市土地集约利用评价若干问题的思考

摘要

Since the subject of intensive use evaluation of urban land has been proposed,it has been the focal point of land management.This paper starts with the content of the intensive use of land,and then summarizes several issues of the intensive use of land.Finally,it gives some suggestions for the the intensive use of land.%指出了土地集约利用评价研究是土地管理工作研究的热点。从土地集约利用的概念和内涵入手分析,逐步对土地集约利用指标体系建设、标准值的设定等若干问题进行了总结,并就今后的研究工作以及政府应采取的政策保证提出了建议。
