地产景观工程的施工管理探讨

The real estate landscape works are more and more important to the building products.Through the layout of the natural elements and human elements of the building products,landscape engineering makes the buildings more convenient and comfortable,and also enhances the artistic value brand value of the buidings.In practice,the construction management in the real estate landscape projects is the key part in the success of landscaping works.Combined with years of project experience in landscape works,the author of this article divides the construction management into five stages and describes the focus of each stage.Thus,the construction management described in this article will be helpful to improve the level of the actual project construction management.%指出了景观工程对建筑产品的重要性不断增强。通过对建筑产品自然要素和人工要素的布局,景观工程使得建筑更加方便、舒适,提升其艺术价值,促进其增值和品牌价值。在实际工程中,地产景观工程的施工管理是景观工程成功的关键环节。结合多年项目经验,将景观工程施工管理划分为5个阶段,分别阐述了每个阶段的重点,为实际工程中的施工管理提供参考。
