对某宾馆集中空调通风系统运行期间开展了卫生学评价，确保了其运行期间卫生质量符合要求，预防和控制某宾馆集中空调通风系统可能出现的健康危害因素。对某宾馆集中空调基本信息进行卫生审查，现场调查周围环境状况，开展危害因素监测，对获得资料数据进行了分析，并依据卫生规范做出了评价。结果表明：卫生检测结果显示1套新风处理机组对应送风口细菌总数检测结果最大值为524 cfu/cm2不符合标准值。饭店大堂的新风口距离地面平均只有30cm ，高度不够，不符合要求。机组送风前未设置消毒装置。提出了对存在安全隐患的设备设施进行整改，并对空调系统进行清洗和消毒，经再次检测评价合格后方可运行等措施。%In order to carry out hygienic evaluation on ventilating system of the central air condition in a hotel ,which could ensure the hygienic quality meet the requirement and also prevent and control health hazards from the ventilating system ,this article collects and analyses some data about this hotel ,including basic information of the central air condition ,surrounding environmental conditions and hazards monitoring .And then it evaluates the results according to health standards .The results demonstrate that the total count of bacteria colonies in a corresponding outlet of one new air handling unit is 524 cfu/cm2 at maximum ,which does not meet the standard value ;the average height of fresh air window in the hotel lobby is only 30cm ,which is not high enough to meet the standard ;there is no decontaminating apparatus in front of blast .Therefore , the equipment with security risks needs be rectifed and reformed ,and the air conditioning system need be cleaned and disinfected ,and the ventilating system of the central air condition in this hotel can be run again after a qualified re -evaluation .
