In order to establish a comprehensive assessment index system for automated water quality monito-ring stations ,this study establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system for water quality monitoring stations by applying a modified two -round Delphi consultation method .The responding rates of experts af-ter two rounds of experts consultation are respectively 75% and 100% respectively and the mean of expert authoritative coefficients is 0 .72 ,and the final Kendall's coefficient is 0 .7521( =63 .60 ,P<0 .01) .Therefore , it show s that the consultation experts have highly active and authoritative influences on this study ,and also have the consistent evaluation suggestions .Finally ,it is proved that the application of Delphi method in the construction of establishing comprehensive assessment index system is reliable .% 建立了一套科学的综合评价体系以指导安徽省水质自动站布点工作。采用德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法,经过两轮函询,建立水站布点综合评价评价体系。研究表明:两轮咨询的专家积极系数分别为75%和100%,专家权威系数平均值为0.72,最终确定的肯德尔(Kendall )协调系数为0.7521,x2为63.60,P<0.01。咨询专家对本研究的积极性和权威程度较高,对指标评估意见一致性良好,用Delphi法构建水站布点综合评价指标体系结果可信。
