超高层住宅项目建筑节能经济分析--以合肥市某超高层住宅建筑项目为例

This article takes a super high-rise residential construction project in Hefei as an example to explore the possibility of saving 65% of energy through building energy conservation in residential building in Hefei .Thsware energy conservation software has been applied to a 7 # residential building in a high—rise residential building project in Hefei to calculate building's energy saving rate .The article also analyzes and compares the mandatory requirements of 50 % energy saving and technical and economic feasibility of 65% energy saving in Anhui area .%以合肥市某超高层住宅建筑项目为例，探讨了合肥地区居住建筑实施建筑节能65%的可能性。对合肥市某超高层住宅建筑项目7#住宅楼，运用清华斯维尔节能软件计算了项目节能率，并对达到安徽地区节能50%强制性节能要求和节能65%时的节能技术经济可行性进行了分析对比。
