资本市场对绿色科技企业的支持绩效评价——以广州新三板为例

摘要

This paper analyzed the financing performance of the green technology enterprises by using the DEA method.The result showed that that the financing performance of the green technology enterprises is low;the enterprises cannot realize the full financing;research and development level is low.And in the analysis of green technology in three new board enterprises, how to improve financing efficiency are suggested.The suggestion includes various aspects, such as improving the utilization rate of capital, optimizing capital structure, the combination of production, teaching and research, strengthening the capability of independent research and development, enhancing the transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements , broadening the financing channels and perfecting the financing service system.%以广州新三板部分绿色科技企业为样本,采用DEA方法,对其融资绩效进行了分析,得出了绿色科技企业融资绩效偏低、企业无法实现充分融资、研发水平偏低等结论.对新三板中绿色科技企业如何提高融资效率提出了建议,包括:提高资金的利用率、优化资本结构、产学研相结合,加强自主研发能力、增强企业的科技成果转化能力、拓宽融资渠道、建设完善的融资服务体系等,以期提供参考.
