The xoy and xoz planes were divided into nine areas in three-dimensional space respectively by the MBR ( Minimum Bounding Rectangle) , which were produced by the reference objects’ projection to their planes. The in-tersecting situations between the projection of target objects and the two of reference objects were expressed by two 3×3 matrices. Then, a directional relations matrix model based on double projections was put forward. A combina-tional reasoning method was proposed by using the computational performance of matrices based on this model. Mo-reover, a combinational reasoning algorithm was given in detail and the correctness was proved in this paper. And the combinational reasoning problem of directional relation was resolved.%将三维空间中的参照物体分别向xoy和xoz平面投影,得到的最小外接矩形将两个平面都划分成9个区域,用两个三行三列矩阵联合表示目标物体投影与两个参考区域的相交情况,据此提出了双投影方向关系矩阵模型。基于该模型,利用矩阵的计算性能,提出了一种三维空间方向关系的组合推理方法,解决了方向关系的组合推理问题。
