This paper intends to investigate the optimum conditions of ion association of protonated 2-(3,5-dibromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethyaminophenol (3,5-Br2-PADAP) with BrO-3 and SCN- formed in H2SO4 medium.The molar absorptivity is 1.44×105 L*mol-1*cm-1 and the composition ratio of 3,5-Br2-PADAP∶IO4-∶SCN- is 1∶1∶1. A new method for the determination of microamount of BrO-3 has been developed and applied to detemine microamount of BrO-3 in chemicals with satisfactory results.%研究了3,5-Br2-PADAP在酸性介质中质子化后,与BrO-3和SCN-形成三元离子缔合物的最佳条件,其表观摩尔吸光系数为1.44×105 L*mol-1*cm-1,缔合物组成比为:3,5-Br2-PADAPH22+∶BrO-3∶SCN-=1∶1∶1.提供了测定微量BrO-3的新方法,可应用于化学试剂中微量BrO-3的测定,结果满意.
