祖厉河流域生态环境修复型农业经济模式探讨

     

摘要

The distribution of resources around the Zuli River Basin is analyzed. First,the area is rich in land and thick in soil. However, loose topsoil, easy loam erosion and slightly alkaline soil are common sights here. Second,the Zuli River Basin is on one hand abundant with sunshine, but on the other hand the utilization of solar energy is low. So the utilization of solar energy is potentially of huge possibility. Though the climate of this area is mild,it differs greatly in plains,hills and loess tableland. The heat in plains is rich,while that of hills and loess tableland is short. What's more,the growing season around the river is so short that cold injury happens all the time. Finally,the precipitation is slight and changing with the spatial distribution. Obviously, the contradiction between the supply and requirement of water resources is becoming increasingly prominent. Typical examples of small watershed management show: the main technoIogical approach to develop the cyclic rain-harvesting eco-agricultural economy is to build a repairing system of ecological environment based on principles of scientific distribution and actual benefit. It is better to combine artificial control with ecological self-recovery and engineering measures. Coustruction should be carried on according to different function zones in the ecological and environmental repair system. By doing this,ecoenvironment around the Zuli River Basin can be repaired.%通过对祖厉河流域资源配置的分析:流域内土地面积大、土层较厚、表层土壤疏松、土肥容易流失;土壤呈微碱性,土壤养分氮少、磷缺、钾适中;祖厉河流域光照充足,辐射较强,但光能利用率低,提高太阳能利用率的潜力巨大;流域内气候温凉,山、川、塬热量差异较大,川区热量富足,山、塬区热量略欠;植物生长季节短,易发生冻害;祖厉河流域降水总量少,且减少趋势显著;降水时空分布不均匀,降水变率大;水资源供需矛盾相当突出,水资源是其他自然资源利用的制约性因素.小流域治理的典型案例表明:祖厉河流域发展集水型循环生态农业经济的主要技术途径是建设生态环境修复体系;生态环境修复体系建设要遵循科学分区、注重效益的原则,实行人工治理和生态修复相结合,工程措施和耕作措施相结合,按照不同的功能区域进行建设,通过综合治理和功能区域的逐级建设,祖厉河流域的生态环境能够修复.集水型循环生态农业经济体系能减少系统的无效输出,实现系统物能高效循环转化,提高系统对自然资源的利用率.
