一字型屈曲约束支撑疲劳性能的对比分析

     

摘要

屈曲约束支撑作为耗能构件,广泛应用于建筑结构中,研究通过对核心板形式为一字型,且具有2个消能段的屈曲约束支撑进行测试,对比分析集中因子对屈曲约束支撑耗能的影响,并与国内相似类型的支撑进行对比.试验结果表明:一字型屈曲约束支撑表现出良好的疲劳性能,且集中因子的改变对支撑的耗能影响不大;但是最大拉压差随集中因子增大而增大;与相似类型的国标Q235钢屈曲约束支撑的疲劳寿命进行对比分析,二者的疲劳性能相当,因此使用这2种材料的屈曲约束支撑皆可用于工程中.%As a dissipative member,buckling restrained braces are widely used in the building structure, and slotted buckling restrained braces with two energy dissipation sections are tested to contrastively ana-lyze influence of concentration factors on the energy dissipation of buckling restrained braces and compare with similar braces at home.The test results show that:Slotted buckling restrained braces had a good fa-tigue performance and the changes of concentration factors has a little influence on braces;But the maxi-mum difference between pull and stress increase with the increase of concentration factors;Compared with the fatigue property of GB 235 steel buckling restrained braces similar to them,their fatigue properties are comparable,therefore,buckling restrained braces with these kind materials are able to apply to engineering.
