水分胁迫下氮磷营养对小麦幼苗渗透物质累积影响

         

摘要

This paper probed into the relationship between nitrogen, phosphorus nutrition and drought resistance of spring wheat seedling (SWS) under water stress and potted condition. The results showed that: water stress increased the contents of free Pro and soluble sugar of SWS. Under different water condition, the contents of free Pro under fertilizer treatments were higher than that under CK treatment,especially the content of free Pro under NP treatment was the highest than others. The contents of soluble sugar of SWS were in direct proportion to the water stress. Under water stress,N nutrition could remarkably increase the contents of soluble sugar, but P nutrition could apparently decrease the contents of soluble sugar. The leaf water content of SWS was decreased as water stress aggravating. Under the same condition of soil water, application of fertilizer could decrease the leaf water content of spring wheat. These indicated that application of fertilizers could increase the contents of osmotic matters, and strengthen crop osmotic adjustment ability of SWS under water stress.%通过对3个水分水平下施肥对春小麦幼苗渗透物质含量的研究,结果表明:水分胁迫使小麦幼苗体内游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量增加。在不同水分条件下施肥处理的小麦幼苗脯氨酸含量均高于对照处理的,尤其以氮磷混施处理的为最高,达到4.6mg/g。小麦幼苗体内可溶性糖含量与水分胁迫程度呈明显正相关。水分胁迫时,氮素可明显增加小麦幼苗体内可溶性糖含量;增幅为39.3%~497%;而磷则明显降低小麦幼苗体内可溶性糖含量,降幅为6.8%~17.9%。这些表明施肥可以增加作物体内的渗透物质,加强作物在遭受水分胁迫时的渗透调节能力。
