The effects of addition Pd on the martensitic transformation and mechanical properties of Ni56.5 Fe17 Ga26.5 alloys were investigated by SEM, XRD, TEM, DSC, TG and universal testing machine. The results show that the addition of Pd promotes grain refinement,more (Υ) phase and the toughness of the alloy. The martensitic transformation temperatures and the Curie temperature of (Ni56.5 Fe17 Ga26.5 )100-x Pdx (x = 0, 0. 5,2) elevate slightly with the increase of x. By the measurement of XRD and TEM observation on the alloys,it is found that the martensitic phase has a 14M type structure.%通过电弧炉冶炼了在Ni56.5Fe17Ga26.5合金中添加Pd的合金试样,利用SEM,XRD,TEM,DSC,TG和万能材料试验机研究了Pd对Ni56.5Fe17Ga26.5合金马氏体相变和力学性能的影响.结果表明,添加Pd促使合金中形成较多的γ相,并且使其球化,提高了合金的塑性.通过DSC和TG测量了马氏体相变温度和居里温度,添加Pd使马氏体相变温度略有升高,但奥氏体相居里温度基本保持不变.运用XRD和TEM观察了合金的微观结构,研究发现合金为14M调制结构马氏体.
