超声活化-固相合成法制备BaFe12O19及其磁性能的研究

     

摘要

Ba(OH)2/Fe(OH)3 mixed powders were processed by Ultrasonic for 8 h,and then the resulting prod-uct was used to prepare the nanocrystalline BaFe12 O19 particles with the hexagon shape.The TG-DTA,XRD and TEM analyzed the mechanism of reactions,compenents and microstructure of products.The vibrating specimen magnetometer(VSM)tested the magnetic properties of products.The results show:(1)the ultrasonic method could lower the reaction temperature (2)the optimal conditions are obtained with the magnetic parameters ofσs=56.100 A·m2/kg,σx=28.364 A·m2/kg,and Hc=2.3×105 A/m as the following condition parameters. The ratio of Fe to Ba was 10,and the reaction temperature was 900 ℃.The resulting products are more pure BaFe12 O19 particles with the hexagon shape and excellent crystallinity,which are in the single phase.The mag-netic properties in this papre are better than the normal solid phase synthesis.%将 Ba(OH)2/Fe(OH)3混合体超声活化8 h,用固相合成法制备了六角片状纳米铁酸钡颗粒BaFe12 O19。通过TG-DTA、XRD和TEM分析了反应的机理、材料的化学成分和微观结构,用振动样品磁强计(VSM)研究产物的磁性能。结果表明,超声处理能降低合成反应的温度;在 Fe/Ba 摩尔比为10时,900℃合成的BaFe12 O19为较纯净的单相六角片状纳米颗粒,结晶性好,比饱和磁化强度σs=56.100 A· m2/kg,矫顽力Hc=2.3×105 A/m,比剩余磁化强度σx=28.364 A·m2/kg,其磁性能比一般固相合成的要高。
