中国草坪业授权专利现状分析

摘要

以中国知识产权局的专利数据库作为主要数据来源，对2013年9月之前的草坪业授权专利进行统计，分析其专利类型、地域分布特点、领先机构以及重点技术领域，为科技管理和专利发展提供基础性资料。结果显示：我国授权的草坪业专利发展不平衡，内容上外观设计多发明专利少、地理上以浙江和江苏省的专利为主；企业成为行业的主要力量但科研机构申请积极性低；草坪草管理机械设备、公共场所照明装置以及草坪草的研究成为草坪业专利优势技术领域。%Patent type、regional distribution、leading institutions and key technology areas were analyzed on the basis of lawny patent statistics from Intellectual Property Right of Chinese before September of 2013 in order to provide main data for the patent development.The results showed that turf science patents ′development was not balanced such as design patents were more than invention pa -tents and in East China Zhejiang province and Jiangsu province possed more granted patents ;Enterprises became the main force ofthe industry however the motivations of scientific researches institutions were not high ;Management mechanical equipments,publicplaces lighting devices and the researches of turf grass became the priority technological fields of turf industy .
