多效唑对盆栽北美冬青的矮化效应

摘要

The effect of different concentrations of PP 333 to treat the annual potted Ilex verticillata by two methods of application ( foli-age spray and root drench ) were investigated.The results showed that PP 333 can effectively inhibit the growth of I.verticillata, and shorten the length of annual branchlets and foliage spacing ,and reduced average daily growth and relative growth rate.Considering the growth and ornamental of potted I.verticillata, the best treatment combination was 5000 mg · L-1 of PP333 applied as foliage spray and 10000 mg· L-1 of PP333 applied as root drench.%选用不同浓度的植物生长抑制剂多效唑（ PP333），采用喷施和灌根2种方法，研究其对1年生盆栽北美冬青的矮化效应。结果表明：PP333能够有效地抑制北美冬青生长，缩短1年生小枝长度和小叶间距，降低日均生长量和相对生长率。综合考虑北美冬青盆栽的生长量和观赏价值，调控株形效果最好的处理为叶面喷施5000 mg · L-1或盆土浇施10000 mg ·
