HPLC法同时测定6种重金属离子

     

摘要

研究了用高效液相色谱法同时测定6种重金属离子的方法.样品用二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(NaDDTC)作柱前衍生,以Hypersil ODS2(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm)为固定相,甲醇∶水(体积比70∶30)为流动相进行分离测定.方法的日内相对标准偏差为0.17%-1.41%,日间相对标准偏差为5.28%-9.48%,标准回收率为90.1%-107.5%.%A new method for simultaneous determination of Cd( Ⅱ) , Pb( Ⅱ ) , Ni( Ⅱ ) , Cu(Ⅱ ) , Cr( Ⅲ ) and Cr( Ⅵ) by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography ( RP-HPLC) was studied. The heavy metal ions were derived by sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (NaDDTC) before it was analyzed. The chelates were successfully separated using a Hypersil ODS2 column (4.6 mmx250 mm, 5 μm) and using MeOH:H2O (70:30) as mobile phase. The intra-day relative standard deviations were 0.17% -1.41%, the inter-day relative standard deviations were 5.28% -9.48% and the recovery rates were 90.1% -107.5%.
