浅谈化学性静脉炎的护理体会

摘要

目的探讨治疗化学性静脉炎的护理方法，提高护理质量。方法对42例化学性静脉炎患者采取了综合性护理。结果31例1-2级静脉炎患者经过硫酸镁湿敷加止痛消炎软膏外敷痊愈；10例3级患者的注射部位局部硬结给予冰敷、硫酸镁湿敷、喜辽妥及消炎止痛膏交替外敷后治愈；1例3级患者手腕部出现硬结，伴疼痛，给予冰敷、硫酸镁湿敷、喜辽妥及止痛消炎软膏交替外敷，并结合激光治疗痊愈。结论合理的护理可有效预防和控制化学性静脉炎的发生。%　　Abstrct]Objective To investigate the treatment of chemical phlebitis care methods to improve the quality of care.Methods 42 cases of patients with chemical phlebitis take a comprehensive care.Results 1-2,31 cases of phlebitis in patients after magnesium sulfate wet dressing plus analgesic anti-inflammatory ointment and topical recovered,10 cases of three patients,injection site induration give ice, magnesium sulfate wet compress,xi liao tuo ointment and anti-inflammatory analgesic cream alternately topical after cure.1 cases of three patients with wrist induration,accompanied by pain, give ice,alternately topical magnesium sulfate wet compress, xi liao tuo ointment and pain anti-inflammatory ointement,combined with laser therapy heal.Conclusions reasonable care in the effective prevention and control of chemical phlebitis.
