目的：探讨非哺乳期乳腺炎临床诊治.方法：2005年9月至2012年9月乳腺外科门诊接诊的170例非哺乳期乳腺炎,进行总结分析.结果：170例非哺乳期乳腺炎采取保守治疗21例,其中12例经保守治疗痊愈,7例保守治疗效果不佳进行手术治疗；158例手术中采取脓肿进行切开引流48例,肿块切除术91例,瘘管切开扩大引流术9例,瘘管及周围组织切除术10例；术后随访3-6个月131例术后痊愈,27例复发,复发率17.06%.结论：非哺乳期乳腺炎应积极采取手术治疗,手术过程中应注意将脓肿及肿块周围扩张导管、炎症组织切除,避免复发.%Objective: To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of non-lactation mastitis. Methods: 170 cases of non-lactation mastitis from 2005 September to 2012 September outpatient breast surgery, were analyzed. Results: 170 cases of non-lactation mastitis in 21 cases of conservative treatment, of which 12 cases were cured by conservative treatment, 7 cases of conservative treatment for operation treatment; 158 cases of abscess incision and drainage operation was adopted in 48 cases, tumor resection in 91 cases, fistulotomy expand drainage in 9 cases, fistula and surrounding tissue resection 10 cases were folowed up for 3-6 months; 131 patients were healed, 27 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 17.06%. Conclusion: non-lactation mastitis should take operation therapy, attention should be paid to the abscess and mass dilatation catheter, inflammatory tissue resection operation process, to avoid recurrence.
