目的：评价仰卧位B超定位体外冲击波碎石术（ESWL）在治疗膀胱结石中的疗效并探讨应用体会。方法我科2007年09月至2013年07月采用仰卧位B超定位ESWL治疗膀胱结石患者125例，年龄20～84岁，男119例，女性6例。治疗时间20～50分钟。结果125例膀胱结石患者治疗后立即小便均肉眼见有结石小颗粒随尿液排出，一周后复查，101例一次排净；二周后复查，19例二次治疗后排净；5例经二次治疗未排净改内镜下手术治疗。结论仰卧位ESWL治疗膀胱结石患者避免了俯卧位的不利因素，效果可靠，疗效佳。%Objective To evaluate the efficacy of B ultrasound-guided ESWL in the treatment of bladder stones with supine position, and investigate the experience of application. Methods We selected consecutive 125 cases of patients with bladder stones undergoing B ultrasound-guided ESWL with supine position during September 2007 and July 2013. The subjects included 119 males and 6 females aged from 20 to 84 years. the patients were treated by ESWL for 20~50mins in the supine position. Results 125 patients voided urine immediately after ESWL, macroscopic gravel particles were excreted in al the urine. One week after ESWL, 101 cases were stone-free. Two weeks later, 19 cases were stone-free with twice treatment, and 5 cases were stone-free with endoscopic surgery while it was failed when they received the twice ESWL treatment. Conclusion ESWL with supine position is reliable and effective in the treatment of bladder stones, and can avoid the adverse factor with prone position.
