鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜应用于血管生成模型的研究现状

摘要

抑制肿瘤血管形成已被公认为一种崭新的抗癌战略，以肿瘤血管生成为靶点，开发血管生成抑制剂，是一个十分活跃的研究领域。利用鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜研究疾病机理、血管生成通路，有着广阔的前景。但因实验模型的局限性，需要在实验过程中不断完善。本文对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜应用于血管生成模型的研究现状进行了综述。%Inhibiting tumor angiogenesis has been recognized as a kind of new anticancer strategy, born in tumor blood essels become targets, the development of angiogenesis inhibitors, is a very active research field. Chicken embryos villi allantois membrane was used to study the disease mechanism, angiogenesis pathway, has a broad prospect. But because of the limitation of the experimental model, need to constantly improve in the process of experiment. In this paper, the chicken embryo villus allantois membrane angiogenesis model is applied to the research status are reviewed.
