YKL-40与肾间质纤维化各自的研究均较多，但YKL-40在肾间质纤维化过程中的作用及机制尚未见相关报道，本实验对其可能的作用机制进行了初步探讨。%YKL 40 and renal interstitial fibrosis of their research are more, but YKL 40 in the role and mechanism of renal interstitial fibrosis process has yet to see the related reports, the possible role of this mechanism has carried on the preliminary discussion.
