在无隔膜式电解槽中,以 Ti 网作为阴、阳两极,采用电化学方法对分散大红 HF-BF 模拟染料废水进行处理研究,通过对比 NaCl 和 Na2SO4两种外加电解质的处理效果,同时探讨了电解质浓度、电流密度、电解所需用的时间以及废水染料的原始浓度等相关因素的影响,还有电解所需时间对 CODCr 降解率所造成的作用。实验表明,当把 NaCl 和 Na2SO4分别当做外加的电解质并进行运作时,会发现分散大红 HF-BF 废水的脱色效果明显不一样,结果显示,NaCl 的脱色效果要比 Na2SO4好很多,说明电流密度、电解质浓度以及电解时间与废水色度的降解具有相当密切的关系。%In the absence of diaphragm electrolytic bath, using Ti net as cathode and anode, the electrochemical method was applied for the treatment of disperse red HF-BF simulated dye wastewater. Through the comparison of the external treatment effect of two electrolyte, NaCl and Na2SO4, this paper also discussed the related factors that affect the concentration of electrolyte, current density, electrolytic time required and the wastewater from dyestuff the original concentration, and the effect of electrolysis time on CODCr degradation rate. Experiments show that: when operated with NaCl and Na2SO4 respectively as added electrolyte, it is found that the decolorization effect of disperse red HF-BF wastewater is obviously not the same, the decolorization effect and NaCl is much better than Na2SO4, and the degradation of current density, electrolyte concentration and electrolysis time and wastewater chroma are closely related.
