带式过滤机在水浸提钒工艺中的应用

摘要

Belt-type filter can be used to extract vanadium from the clinker of soda-roased vanadium slag by water-leach⁃ing method. Some factors influencing water-soluble vanadium content in the residue are analyzed, such as particle size of slurry, pore size of filter cloth and operating speed of the filter. Under appropriate technological conditions, vanadium leaching rate can be up to 96%.%带式过滤机可用于从钒渣钠化焙烧后的熟料中水浸提钒。对料浆粒度、滤布孔径、带式过滤机运行速度等影响残渣中水溶性钒含量的因素进行了分析。在较佳的工艺条件下，钒浸出率可达到96%以上。
