The paper introduces the concept of condition based maintenance (CBM), analyzes the actuality of applying of CBM abroad, investigates the effects of CBM on aircraft design, mode of maintenance, content of maintenance, configuration of maintenance resources, and provides recommendations for our army to implement CBM.%从基于状态的维修(condition based maintenance,CBM)的本质内涵出发,分析了国外对CBM技术的应用现状,剖析了CBM对飞机论证设计、维修保障模式、维修保障内容、维修资源配置等的影响内容和要素,并提出了相应的应对策略,为我军实施CBM奠定了一定的理论基础.
