装备采购立法有关问题及对策探讨

摘要

在阐述完善装备采购立法必要性的基础上,分析了装备采购立法现存的法规体系不健全、可操作性不强等问题,提出了健全装备采购法规体系、提高装备采购立法专业水平、加强装备采购法规修订等措施.%Based on elucidating the need of improvement of procurement legislation, the paper analyzes some problems such as incomplete of procurement law, and lack of operability.It puts forward ways to improve the procurement legislation, such as perfecting legal system, raising professional level, and strengthening revision of equipment procurement law.
