装备采购干部联教联训基地建设思考

摘要

In view of the characteristics of strong feasibility of equipment procurement and high requirement of practice teaching in the aspect of training of PLA equipment procurement cadres, the paper has a thorough study on the base construction of joint teaching and joint training of PLA equipment procurement cadres in three aspects: doing a good job of the top design, construction principle of the base construction and establishing evaluation system.%针对装备采购工作应用性强,对装备采购干部任职培训实践教学要求高的特点,从抓好装备采购干部联教联训基地建设的顶层设计、建设原则、考核评估3个方面,对装备采购干部联教联训基地建设问题进行了深入探讨.
