总装系统士官“双向联动”培养模式探析

摘要

Through the investigation and analysis of present situation of training mode in noncommissioned officer (NCO) school and competence of technical NCO in the base,the paper argues the necessity of the school and the base implementing "school-and-base interaction" training mode,and presents "school-and-base interaction" training mode paradigm,the running effects and the strategies to run the mode.%通过对士官(noncommissioned officer,NCO)学校人才培养现状与基地专业技术士官岗位任职情况的调查分析,论证了信息化条件下推行学校与基地“双向联动”育人模式的必要性,提出了“双向联动”人才培养模式范式、运行效应以及实现该模式的策略.
