装备试验流程中的风险管理及实证分析

摘要

The corresponding relationship between the different phases of equipment test process and the risk management action is studied,and the content and target of risk management in equipment test are researched.The process risk,plan risk and outlay risk in equipment test process are analyzed.The risk forecast and risk disposal are studied by demonstration of test command.%在研究了装备试验流程不同阶段与装备试验风险管理流程相对应的风险管理活动的基础上,研究了装备试验风险管理目标及风险管理内容,即装备试验的过程风险、进度风险和费用风险,并以装备试验中的试验指挥为实证,给出了风险预测与应对措施.
