武器装备采办竞争策略应用研究

摘要

The research of competition strategy applications for weapon equipment procurement is urgently required .In order to meet the demand of the weapon equipment research and production fea-turing civil-military integration path ,and promote life-cycle competition of weapon equipment re-search and production ,the paper analyzes the competition strategy and its condition ,and equipment purchase basic way .From the limits of a single source procurement and maximize competition ,the paper puts forward competition strategy applications of weapon equipment procurement .%针对武器装备科研生产走中国特色军民融合式发展道路，推行武器装备科研生产全过程竞争，武器装备采办竞争策略应用研究成为迫切需求。分析了竞争策略及其适用条件，以及装备采购基本方式，针对现行装备采购方式，从限制单一来源采购，最大化竞争规模，提出武器装备采办竞争应用策略。
