基于系统观的装备经济管理内涵研究

摘要

回顾了对装备经济管理概念的不同界定，指出了其存在的片面性。基于系统观对装备经济管理的基础范畴和内涵进行了分析，在此基础上界定了装备经济管理的内涵及其主要内容。为进一步明确装备经济管理概念的内涵，将其与全寿命管理、采办管理的概念进行了比较。%The paper reviews a variety of definitions on the term of military equipment and man-agement existing in literatures .However ,each of them is ,to some extend ,unilateral .Through a systematic thought of the basic categories and its connotation ,the paper proposes a systematic defini-tion on the term of military equipment economics and management and the three major constituents of the term .A comparison with other terms is made later to further clarify the original one .
