X 效率理论,着眼制约军事代表激励工作建设的突出问题。分别从政策、管理、个人心理效用及工作评价机制方面,提出了解决军事代表激励工作现存问题的对策建议,即军事代表走职业化道路、科学确定工作评价标准、统筹各激励项关系、改变忙闲不均现象等。%This paper discusses some important issues restricting the motivating works of military representatives.Then,countermeasures and proposals are put forward to solve the existing issues in this area:firstly,constructing professional military representatives;secondly,setting the job evalua-tion standard scientifically;thirdly,eliminating inequality between idle and busy.
