新形势下装备保障实战化训练问题研究

摘要

To materialize the major strategic theory in the equipment system,the basic approach is to carry out the practical training of equipment support.Under the new situation,the premise of the practical training is training by rules,the foundation is basic training,the key is tactical training and the crucial link is implementation of new equipment training.To solve out issues involving task implementation ,training level,staff quality,order standardization and matched support during the practical training of equipment support,the operational mechanisms including mission and task guid‐ing,environment and condition creation,confrontational inspection driving,and whole course feed‐back gaining must be understood and implemented.In addition,in aspects including enriching the in‐formatization content,enlarging the practical support content and infiltrating the combined training and support content,the practically feasible contents shall be designed,and the methods for real com‐bat training such as confrontation training, simulative training and network training shall be innovated.In this way,the pertinence and effectiveness of the practical training will be reinforced step by step.%装备系统贯彻重大战略思想，基本途径是开展装备保障实战化训练。新形势下，装备保障实战化训练前提是按纲施训，根基是基础训练，重点是战术训练，关键环节是开展新装备训练。针对部队装备保障实战化训练存在的落实不够、水平不高、队伍素质不强、秩序不规范、保障不配套等问题，要把握使命任务导引、环境条件塑造、对抗检验驱动、全程反馈增益的运行机理，在充实信息化内容、拓展实战保障内容、渗透联保联训内容等方面构设实战管用的训练内容，创新对抗训练、模拟训练、网络化训练等真打实抗方法，不断增强实战化训练的针对性和实效性。
