导弹武器靶场开展作战试验的思考

摘要

Currently operational test at missile weapon range faces two challenges:low compati‐bility of research results and current equipment test regime,the relatively inadequate construction of test capability of the range.To tackle these challenges,the paper gives design ideas of operational test under current regime:aiming at characteristics of current regime,based on separate researches on op‐erational test mode and test item classification,the operational test shall be implemented step by step from single‐item operational test to comprehensive operational test,from single system to multiple systems and then higher‐level system in three phases:development test/finalization test,special test, and application in units.%目前导弹武器靶场开展作战试验面临的困难主要来自两方面：一是现有研究成果与现行装备试验体制的兼容性问题，二是靶场试验能力建设相对不足的问题。为解决上述问题，提出了在当前试验体制下开展作战试验的设想：针对当前试验体制特点，从作战试验模式和试验项目类型划分两方面进行了研究，按照研制/定型试验、专项试验和部队使用3个阶段，由单项作战试验到综合作战试验，由单系统、多系统到体系级逐步实施。
