基于生态文明理论的生态旅游业发展研究--以山东省为例

摘要

Eco-tourism in Shandong Province has advantages in marine eco-tourism resources, forest eco-tourism resources, human resources. But there are still many problems in the macro-management, the concept of development, tourism development and ecological civilization literacy . The article proposed some measures to promote the construction of ecological civilization by strengthening macro guidance and control, carrying out education and training, changing the concept of development, strengthening public participation, innovating developing mechanisms.%山东省生态旅游业在海洋生态旅游资源、森林生态旅游资源、人文资源方面具有优势，但在宏观管理、发展观念、旅游开发以及生态文明素养方面仍然存在诸多问题，提出通过加强宏观引导和调控，开展教育培训，转变发展观念，强化公众参与，创新发展机制等措施发展生态旅游，以推动生态文明建设。
