基于BIM的工厂规划信息管理系统的设计和开发

     

摘要

工厂规划包括了工厂布局设计、建筑配套设计和物流设计三方面内容,是一个工厂建设的起始环节.工厂规划质量的好坏直接影响到工厂的效率和产品加工过程的成本,也影响到未来工厂的发展.在分析了传统工厂规划方法缺点的基础上,结合数字化工厂的方法设计了一个基于BIM的工厂规划信息管理系统,该系统能以三维可视化的方法管理规划设计阶段的各类信息,并且可以把这些信息用于工厂的建造和维护过程中.同时介绍了基于Autodedsk Navisworks软件的系统开发实现方法,通过本系统的实施,提高了工厂规划阶段的管理效率,降低了工厂规划和建造过程的成本,为工厂的运行和维护提供了有力的支持.%The plant planning includes three aspects:the layout design,the building design and the logistics design. It is the starting of a factory construction. The quality of the plant planning has direct impacts on the efficiency of the plant and the cost of the production process,and also the improvement of the factory. This paper begins with an analysis of the limitation of traditional plant planning methods,and then designs a plant planning information management system based on BIM using digital factory method. The system manages all kinds of information and data of the planning stage by a 3D visualization way,and can use these in facility construction and factory maintenance stage. This paper introduces the main functions of this system and the realizing of the system based on Autodesk Navisworks software. Through the implementation of this system,the management efficiency of the plant planning stage is improved,the cost of the plant planning and the construction process is reduced. The system also has a powerful support for the factory operation and maintenance.
